Were you planning on an amazing street photography filled summer complete with festivals, workshops and more, only to have your plans shattered by a global pandemic? (Bet you didn’t see that coming!) If you were, you certainly aren’t the only one. (i.e. this ambivert photographer)
Or maybe, you weren’t planning on doing any workshop at all, but suddenly you found yourself stuck at home with time on your hands and a stimulus check burnining a hole in your pocket. If you didn’t already spend it all at B&H, there’s good news.
Many photographers have been able to move their workshops to virtual platforms. One set of workshops in particular looks quite promising – the Miami Street Photography Workshops. The up to 4 week programs look like they will make for a fantastic experience and a real opportunity for growth as a photographer. Some truly talented photographers will be taking the lead for these online courses including Vineet Vohra, Nikos Economopoulos, Stella Johnson and Bruce Gilden. (If you want to know what kind of a roasting you can expect during a Bruce Gilden course listen to our interview with Karl Dedolph who went, was roasted, endured and even enjoyed the experience.)
Each course has different teaching points and objectives, but they all look amazing. Head on over to the MSPF Workshop page to see the descriptions in detail and choose the workshop, portfolio review or personal mentoring course that best fits your own personal photography goals.
