Would you like to get your street photography published in Street Photography Magazine? It’s much easier than you might think. If you are already a regular reader of SPM, you are probably familiar with our monthly feature called “Street Shooters of the Month.” Here’s a few of the past features:

The Witness by Zahid Rahman (Issue 27)

Untitled by Giga Kobidze (Issue 34)

Long Way Up by Miriam Strong (Issue 36)
All of the photos in that monthly section are hand selected from a collection of images submitted by people just like you. If you have an image you would like to see published in the magazine, you can submit it for review right here on the website. As an added bonus, if we choose to feature your image in the magazine, you’ll receive a three-month subscription to the magazine, on us.
To qualify, you need to submit a few things: an image, the image title, a brief description of the photo and a link to the photo online (i.e. the link to the image in your Flickr account or your website).
To submit your image for the Street Shooters of the Month feature, you must register as a contributor. If you are already a subscriber to the magazine, you can submit your image using your login information.
If you’re new here, click here to register with Street Photography Magazine and gain access the photo submission form.
On a side note, if you would like to submit more than a single image as part of a photo project, story or essay, then don’t use the Street Shooters of the Month submission form. Instead, you’ll be submitting by email. Click here for further details about submitting photo projects, that is, a collection of photos accompanied by written content.
There is one small catch to registering if you subscribe to the IOS version of the magazine on Apple Newsstand. In that case, you’ll still need to register here to access the submission form.
It’s that easy. So go through your collection of street shots, pick out a few of your favorites and submit them! Who knows, you might see your image published in one of the upcoming issues of SPM.
Happy shooting!
