Summertime. Summertime in Mamaia, Romania

There is a lovely lakeside shrine in Malibu, California that is popular with the meditation crowd and local photographers in-the-know. The title refers to the famous Grant Wood painting, “American Gothic”. The meditation, masks, and sunglasses all tie together this modern update.

This photo was taken in San Francisco during the construction of the now completed Salesforce.com Tower. It is a part of the series, Tales of a City – San Francisco.
