My original intent that afternoon was to photograph flowers in the Flower District. While on San Pedro Street I came across this vendor that was selling little girl party dresses. This one looked like a ballet dancer. The winds picked up at the right moment and it came to life as I took the photo.

Florence, Italy’s Ponte Vecchio is the most iconic bridge in that beautiful city. Walking across it just before sunset one evening, I heard a shout, turned and saw a lone runner approaching. I never learned why he was running, but, obviously, his good humored expression proved contagious.
