A native of India, Sapna Dhandh-Sharma moved to London in the early 90’s. The move seems to have sparked Sapna’s interest in London’s city life, as this scientist/mother soon started experimenting with street photography.
Sapna is a charming, dedicated mother who has really been flourishing as a street photographer now that her children are older. Living in the busy west end of London facilitates her street photography outings, since she can simply hop on the tube and head just about anywhere to take photos.
Her street shots reveal a natural talent for photography and a spontaneity that is contagious. Sapna took the time to speak with us about her style, techniques, and her view in general of street photography.
